If your business has stalled and you can’t figure out why — you’re in the right place.

Who is Glenn Mowat?

For over 30 years Glenn Mowat has sat across from stalled business owners and found a way forward. Every single time.

He helps people like you and works exclusively with established business owners across dozens of industries — companies with five or more years in business and real revenue — who fell like they are doing everything right but can’t figure out why growth has stopped.

The industry doesn’t matter. The fundamentals of why businesses stall are always the same. And the method Glenn teaches is a repeatable system — one you come back to every time the business hits a new ceiling, at every stage of growth.

Glenn has a unique ability to show you exactly where your business is structurally broken — and what to fix first. Not with guesswork. Not with generic advice. With a proven diagnostic tool that has been tested across hundreds of businesses over 30 years.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re working harder than anyone in the building, but the business still isn’t moving the way it should — there’s a good chance Glenn’s method can show you why. And more importantly, what to do about it.

Here’s the abbreviated story of how I got to where I am today…

I’ve spent over 40 years in business. Not studying it. Not theorizing about it. Actually in it — owning businesses, running teams, making decisions, and living with the consequences of getting them wrong.

Early in my career I worked inside some of the largest and fastest-growing companies in the world during periods of explosive growth. I watched companies scale from nothing to global. I was inside the acquisitions, the partnerships, the growth strategies. I learned from some very smart people what scaling actually looks like when it’s done right.

Then I went out on my own.

I built businesses that grew significantly. I know what it feels like when things are working — when the team is aligned, the customers are coming, and the momentum is real. I know that feeling well.

I owned businesses that failed. I had a company where one customer represented more than 80% of our revenue and profit. I felt it coming and didn’t act fast enough. I had another company where two people who genuinely cared about me pulled me aside and told me I’d lost the room with my senior team. I wasn’t listening. I thought I knew everything. I didn’t care what anyone else thought.

I was the problem. Both times.

Somewhere in that process — sitting across from my own successes and failures and figuring out how to move forward — I started to see patterns. The same patterns I’d been watching in other businesses for years without fully naming them.

It was never the market. Never the economy. Never bad luck. It was always structure. And the owner was always both the source of the problem and the solution to it.

I started working with other owners. One at a time. Initially it was to help business owners who wanted to grow rapidly and across industries I’d never worked in before. Then, I realized this could help owners who are just stalled or stuck as well.  Manufacturing. Construction. Professional services. Healthcare. Technology. Retail. Recycling.  Hospitality. The list goes on and on.  Didn’t matter. The patterns were always the same.

Over the next 30 years I worked with hundreds of businesses. I developed a method and a diagnostic tool that took everything I’d learned and turned it into a repeatable system any owner could apply — not just once, but every time their business hit a new ceiling.

Eventually other owners started asking questions.

  • “How did you know exactly where the problem was?”

  • “How did you get the team aligned so fast?”

  • “How did you know what to fix first?

So I wrote the book. Growth Has Stalled… Now What? It’s a practical diagnostic tool built for established business owners who are doing everything right but can’t figure out why growth has stopped.

Today I work one-on-one with business owners across North America, run a masterclass that walks owners through the full diagnostic in three hours, and conduct Strategic 9 Evaluation sessions that give owners a complete picture of exactly where their business stands and what needs to change first.

I don’t use contracts. I invoice monthly. If you’re not getting value, don’t come back. That’s how I hold myself accountable to your results.

There’s always a way. I’ve never sat across from a stalled business and not found one.
